
On May 21, 2005, Vegan Chef Mary Lawrence,
owner of Well on Wheels,
prepared a fundraising dinner with proceeds benefiting Our
Companions. The meal, which featured strictly vegan fare,
was superbly delicious and the evening a great success. Dessert,
prepared by Chef Ken Bergeron, author of Professional Vegetarian
Cooking, was outstanding as well. Many thanks to Chefs Mary
and Ken and to all who joined us for a splendid evening.
